Happy Monday! I’m not writing this from a rooftop restaurant (see last week), just from the comfort of my living room, but man does it feel good to be home! It was so great to photograph a wedding so close to home this past weekend and I have some sneak peeks waiting for you below but first, some thoughts from the week:

– Anyone else out there feel like they get a million unwanted phone calls a day?! A million might be a bit of an exaggeration, but despite being on the Do Not Call list, I have “Julie” calling me multiple times a day telling me about a small business loan I qualify for, and “Jeff” trying to sell me Google Ad space. I think I FINALLY found a solution! Robokiller. It’s an app you download on your phone and for $2 a month, it will filter through phone calls that are real calls vs robot calls. I’ve had it for about a week, and I’ve found it to be very accurate. It will still shoot you a banner notification to tell you it’s blocked a call if you want, but it will keep your phone from ringing off the hook.
– I’m so excited to be a guest at two different weddings in the coming weekends! Although it’s made me appreciate how hard it is to pick out a dress & shoes & the whole nine yards for these events… hats off to all the guests I see throughout the season.
