Happy Monday! After 5 weddings in row, this past weekend was a weekend off from weddings! But because the foliage is so stunning right now, my week was filled with 4 wonderful engagement sessions across New England… It’s already making me so excited for my 2016 season! Before lots of sneak previews, a few thoughts from the week as always…

– I’ve realized that NOTHING makes me feel like an incompetant 20-something-trying-to-be-an-adult quicker than trying to get a new driver’s license and reregistering your car in another state. Without fail, I’m always missing one of the 5,000 forms you need (that might be an exaggeration) or have something filled out wrong. I swear DMV, I’m not trying to trick you, I’m just trying to get me some VT plates.

– Yesterday was my first Sunday off & at home in Burlington in a while and I seriously cherish those days so much. I spent a lot of the day with my best friend Alex – church, grocery shopping, a walk along the bike path. I also came across this song on YouTube yesterday… Could you imagine being there for this taping?! Those viewsssss { insert all the heart eyes emojis }

– I forget every year how much I LOVE fall fashion! Layering with tops, sweaters, vests, scarves, jackets… It makes me feel like my wardrobe possibilities are endless!
