Elisa & Dave | July 18, 2017 | Chittenden, VT

Yesterday I traveled to Mountain Top Inn on a sunny summer day, similar to the one Elisa & Dave had when they eloped one year ago to the day. Elisa & Dave are teachers from Boston and last summer decided to travel to Vermont to say “I Do” among the fresh air & mountain views. When there is no one there but their officiant, Greg Trulson, the coordinator at Mountain Top Inn, and yourself, these moments make you feel less like a hired photographer and more like someone who gets the privilege to witness & document the day that Elisa & Dave become husband and wife. I absolutely love the intimacy of an elopement and am so thankful I got to be a part of Dave & Elisa’s Vermont wedding story (and then again yesterday for their anniversary shoot… stay tuned!).
