Lacy & Andy’s Hancock, Maine wedding is special to me for a few reasons – I’ve known both Andy & Lacy for a long time, so to be able to photograph their wedding in the town that Lacy & I grew up in, surrounded by their closest friends & family (many of which I knew), was such a pleasure. Their wedding also marked the end of my first full wedding season, being the last of 8 weddings that I shot in my first full wedding season. So this day was bittersweet– sad to come to the end of such an amazing & busy summer and fall, but I’m so excited to take the winter to reflect and grow in preparations for the 2014 wedding season starting in May!
Congratulations to Andy & Lacy who shared their vows in a small chapel on Hancock Point and danced the night away on the lawn of the Crocker House. (By the way, if you ever get a chance to try their shrimp scampi, it’s AH-maazinggg!!!) Complete with rustic decor, vintage coke bottles, and the bride’s most adorable gold flats, their wedding was a perfect way to end the 2013 KDP Wedding Season!
