If you’ve been following my work for any length of time now, you may know that I am obsessed with all things Nantucket. Couples have been bringing me to & from the island for a number of years now and I’m amazed by the beauty and charm of the island every. single. visit.
Laura & Austin came all the way from Texas to say “I Do” oceanside at the Wauwinet on Nantucket. They had a small, intimate wedding– comprised of their family & closest friends who joined them on this beautiful coastal island to celebrate their marriage.
We started the day in the most adorable rental house, then Laura, Austin & I hopped around to some of Nantucket’s most picturesque spots– Brant Point light house, the cobblestone streets of downtown, neighborhoods lined with gray shingle homes– and finally ended up at the Wauwinet, where Laura & Austin had an outdoor ceremony, overlooking the ocean. This spot also doubled for a fabulous spot to watch the sunset later in the evening.
