Erica & Jay | June 16, 2018 | Greensboro, Vermont
I think that June mightttt be one of my favorite months for weddings. The warm weather still feels new, the flowers are in full bloom, everything is SO green here in Vermont. Erica & Jason had one of those perfect June days for their wedding in Greensboro, Vermont, where Erica’s family has a home. I first met these two for their winter engagement session (see it HERE) and less than 6 months later– after the snow had melted & everything had come back into bloom– they were back to say “I Do” in this Northern Vermont town.
I met Erica through a past bride (hey Danny!) and knew they would have an amazing wedding day, because (1) Erica & Jason are just two super awesome people who are so much fun to be around, but (2) Erica’s sister is a florist whose work I’ve photographed before, and those florals were SO gorgeous! As if that wasn’t enough, we found not one, but TWO fields of flowers on the wedding day. Erica & Jason are up for anything, so she made climbing into a field of flowers in her wedding dress look like a breeze. They got to celebrate in a local barn, Turning Stone Farm, with nothing but the best Vermont beer from the popular nearby brewery, Hill Farmstead. A true Vermont wedding celebration and IT. WAS. AMAZING. Erica & Jason, thank you so much for inviting me to document your big day.

- Your guests are the luckiest guests when they get served Hill Farmstead Edward beer
- I was lucky to be able to sneak away during the reception with Erica & Jay for a few photos at dusk… two gorgeous fields of flowers in one day?! I’ll take it.
