Happy Monday! I feel like now that Easter has passed it’s officially spring! And you know what spring means… WEDDING SEASON BEGINS! Is it May yet?! I just have so many amazing couples & venues to look forward to that it can’t get here fast enough.

Here are a few things about this weekend…

– Corey & I attended a GREAT Easter service yesterday morning at a new church (new to us anyway) in the Upper Valley, Riverbank Church. Great worship music & an enthusiastic pastor = two thumbs up from me.

– To all the runners running the Boston Marathon today, good luck & hats off to you. I’ve tried so many times to get into running but just can’t seem to enjoy it–given I’ve never made it past a week or two of consistently running before I give up… maybe someday :) So to get out there and run 26 miles… kudos. A special good luck goes out to KDP bride, Allie, running in Boston today! Can’t wait for their May wedding at the Inn at Mountain View Farm!

– Usually the fortunes I pull out of a fortune cookie are laughable but I got a surprisingly good one on Saturday night… A great reminder that doing your best in the present is all you can ask for & that in itself will set you up for success in the future. An important reminder in a business where my mind is always 10 steps ahead.

– On Friday I got to spend my morning snuggling a tiny little baby. Baby Christian came 4 weeks early and just has the cutest little hands & feet I’ve ever seen. It was such a pleasure to get to photograph this new family…. I can’t wait to share the session with you all later this week, so for now here’s a little sneak peak!
