One thing I didn’t realize about Vermont until I moved here was how much of a destination spot it is! Did you know about 1/2 of all weddings in Vermont at destination?! Well these two came up from Washington DC where they live to Vermont for their engagement session and will do the same next summer for their wedding!

Rachel’s family has a lake house in Wilmington, Vermont, where we started the session. When I saw the canoe, I was SO excited when these two agreed to hop in it for a few photos :) Then just you WAIT until you see the views of the Vermont mountains… a beautiful open field, these two, and those views. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Rachel & Keith are such a sweet, fun couple! They were naturals in front of the lens and I can’t wait for their wedding at Cooper Hill Inn in Dover, Vermont next summer!
