PASS. Oh, where do I start? I L-O-V-E that I have PASS as a way to deliver photos to my clients. PASS is an online gallery that gives clients a custom URL where you can view, share & download all your images (among other things!). PASS is the amazing, new-and-improved (and much more beautiful) cousin to a disc or USB of images. First of all, there’s nothing to lose. I know we’ve all been there… searching endlessly through every desk drawer, bag, dusty corner of your home looking for your little zip-drive. Well with PASS, there’s nothing to lose or misplace or search endlessly for. All of your photos are stored safely in your gallery online and can be accessed from anywhere! Win. win. win.

This blog post is designed to show you all of the amazing features PASS offers and to help you navigate your way around your gallery once you receive the sacred e-mail you’ve been waiting for to tell you that your photos are ready!

Welcome to the home page. This is what you see when you first open your gallery.

Click on the button with the 3 bars in the top left for a pop-out menu. The pop-out menu on the left is where you can navigate through all of your photos . If you’ve been favoriting your favorites as you’re going through them (by clicking the star), all of them will be living in a folder here at the top. If you continue down the menu, you’ll see your photos split into collections from your wedding day (if you’re a portrait client, all your photos will likely be in one folder for you!). Keep scrolling down & you’ll see a button where you can download all of the photos at once.

Download All Your Photos at Once. This is the magical button where you can save all of your photos to you computer, just like if you were to have gotten a USB or disc from me. Except, there’s no pesky flash drive to lose or disc that can be damaged. Can’t remember where you saved your photos to? Download them again!

All you can do with a single photo. One of the zillion reasons why I love PASS is because of all the options you have to share the photos! By clicking on a single photo in your gallery, a menu will pop out on the right with different options for you. You can instantly share the photo on Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest. You also have the option to e-mail the photo or download a photo one at a time. This is a great feature for guests, who most likely would not want to download all of your wedding photos, but just the ones that they are in! This is also where you can favorite a photo to put all of your favorite photos in one place. And last, but not least, this is where you can order professional quality prints for very affordable prices!

Order Gorgeous Prints. These seriously are amazing quality for the price you pay for them. You can add photos to your cart in 3 different sizes and have them delivered right to your door! As a photographer, I understand that clients want the right to print their digital files on their own, but PASS gives me a piece of mind because I know that my clients have the option of ordering professional quality prints that will make their photos look amazing in print while not costing an arm & a leg.

There’s an app! As if a beautiful online gallery weren’t enough, PASS offers an app to download on your smartphone so you can always have your photos at your fingertips. There’s the option to be able to view the photos offline, so even if you have no service or wifi, you can flip through your photos. Reason #94759 why PASS is amazing. Watch the video below to see the app in action! … And then you should probably go download it on your phone.

Top 3 Reasons Why I Love PASS:

1. It makes my images look great. The images are presented to my clients in a beautiful gallery that they can so easily share with friends & family.
2. My clients get their images faster. Something about getting to the post office is indescribably difficult so PASS eliminates that step. As soon as the photos are ready, they’re uploading to the gallery and shared with clients. Bing, bang, done.
3. Piece of mind. I can see exactly what my client sees and I know that they have all the images I want them to. I know there’s no corrupted discs that deleted half their photos or missing USB drives to replace.

Top 3 Reasons Why KDP Clients Love PASS:

1. They can so easily share their photos! By simply sending the link, anyone they want can view their photos! PASS also makes it so seamless to share their images on social media… Need a new prof pic? No problemo.
2. They’re not responsible for dishing out their photos. Inevitably moms, dads, cousins, grandmas, friends from far away– everyone will be asking for a copy of your photos. For brides & grooms, it takes a long time to look through & sort out photos for different guests, so with PASS all you have to do is send them your link and voila! They can find which photos they want to keep for themselves and download them on their own time.
3. You can access your photos from anywhere! Want to show off your session, or need a copy of a certain photo NOW? You don’t have to worry about having a disc or drive on hand… Just type in your link and download & view photos anywhere.

… Need I say more? PASS is the best.
