A few weeks ago I got to meet Lauren & Chris in NYC for their engagement photos. They’re getting married next summer at Hildene in Vermont, so their engagement session was the perfect opportunity to capture these two in the city where they share their life together. We happened to catch a beautiful, sunny day in between the snow that New York has been getting.

Having my sister in New York has made me realize that the absolute best way to see this city is with the New Yorkers who live there. I met Lauren & Chris in their neighborhood of Tribeca, where we explored the cobblestone streets and charm that this corner of NYC has to offer. Then as the sun started to go down we tackled the tourist-packed Brooklyn Bridge, and boy was it worth it! Thank you so much to Lauren & Chris for inviting me to your home city… until next time NYC!
