Every once in a while, an e-mail comes across your inbox that seems too good to be true. That’s how I remember feeling when I first got Amanda’s e-mail asking me about the possibility of photographing her wedding on Nantucket. NANTUCKET. I thought I was dreaming. It’s on my “wish list” of places I can only dream of photographing weddings (you can see the list of the destinations HERE) so I’m beyond excited to be photographing Amanda & Sean’s wedding there next September!

Traveling out to this picturesque island for their engagement session was amazing! This was my first trip to ACK and it definitely did not disappoint. Sean is a native to the island and Amanda moved there from Vermont. She showed me around the whole island, which was amazing to get to see all the nooks & crannies of the island from a locals point of view! We had an absolutely beautiful day their engagement session.  We went around to a few of their favorite spots on the island, catching the most beautiful sunset on the beach at the end. { sigh } It was perfect. Then we ended the night with dinner & drinks at Slip 14. I had the BEST lobster mac ‘n cheese ever. I’m still drooling over it.
