Danielle & Tyler | September 4, 2016 | Charlotte, Vermont
Vermont is such a beautiful state to get married in. There are so many scenic spots everywhere you look, and I feel so lucky to get to travel to every corner of this state to document people’s weddings. However, this was my first wedding that was actually local to where I live! Charlotte is just a few towns over from Burlington, and I have to admit, it was nice to have a leisurely morning filled with lots of coffee and excitement for this Vermont country wedding.
Danielle and I actually went to school together at UVM and reconnected last fall for her & Tyler’s engagement session at Shelburne Orchards (if you want to catch up, you can view it HERE). Since Tyler & Danielle both grew up right around Burlington, a local wedding at The Old Lantern Inn & Barn was the perfect choice for their big celebration. A perfect mix of rustic details, golden sunlight that photographers only dream of, and gorgeous Lake Champlain views, this wedding was the perfect wedding to wish summer goodbye with. Danielle & Tyler, thanks so much for including me in your big day!
Such a sweet first look under a gorgeous tree!
Love these florals with the navy & cowgirl boots!
Caught taking ceremony selfies ;)
I love it when my couples want to take time out of their day to go get amazing photos. The lake was just a short drive away from the venue and it was SO worth it!
This field was along the way and we just pulled over on the side of the road to grab a few photos here.
Each table had a different Disney quote for this Disney loving bride!
Couldn’t pass up that golden light :)
This time I even remembered to grab my KRP couples photo before the end of the night!
Love me a good congo line!
I spy a sleepy flower girl……
