Well, this one was a dream. Like the kind of wedding that fairytale dreams are made of. Lauren & Andrew chose the charming coastal town of Newport, Rhode Island as the destination for their Labor Day weekend wedding celebration. The morning started out with two separate inns right in town as champagne was toasted for both the guys & girls to kick off the day. It was also this part of the day where I got to photograph the gorgeous invite suite made by one of my past brides, Taylor! Then trolleys brought the wedding party to the gorgeous grounds of The Elms, where Lauren & Andrew saw each other for the first time. Seeing Lauren walk through the formal gardens & stone staircases in her Pnina Tornai gown was every girl’s Say Yes to the Dress dreams come true. As beautiful as The Elms’ grounds were, it was just a warm up for going to Rosecliff. Everywhere you turn when you’re at Rosecliff is beautiful, it felt like my camera didn’t go down the entire day. This venue was definitely a big bucket list item for me, and let me tell you– it did not disappoint. Being here makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale. Lauren & Andrew were surrounded by friends & family and ocean views and decadent chandeliers as they said “I Do” and danced the night away. Lauren & Andrew, it’s been such a pleasure to get to know you and your families throughout your wedding planning process and it was SUCH an honor to photograph your wedding day!
