I’ve seen pictures. I’ve heard all about it. But last weekend was the first time I’ve ever been to Lake Willoughby! It’s a gorgeous lake in Northern Vermont with views that are unmistakable. Ever since Lindsay & Steve booked me for their Notch House wedding, I’ve been so excited to head to this spot! The skies of Vermont poured out one final rain shower for good luck while the finishing touches were put on hair & makeup, then the skies cleared for a gorgeous day.

This wedding had so many great personal touches, with lots of the decor done by the bride (who is amazingly crafty… be sure to check out the floral chandelier). Beyond that, I had a bride & groom who were willing to walk through the woods (climbing over logs & avoiding muddy areas like a champ) for photos by the lake and it. was. WORTH IT. A big thanks to Steve & Lindsay for having me document your big day… congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs!
