This was my first wedding where I was “keeping’ it in the family” – and boy is this a good family. Let’s rewind to last May… Last year I photographed Sarah & Eli’s wedding in Woodstock, VT and got to know her family throughout her rehearsal dinner & their wedding day. Then it was her brother, Luke’s, turn to get married! Dana & Luke live in NYC and chose Long Island for their wedding location. Well, their 1st wedding that is. That’s right, Dana & Luke have another wedding this weekend in Dana’s home country of Romania!

There were so many things I loved about Dana & Luke’s wedding day (like working with some AMAZING vendors like Roey Mizrahi Events, Ivie Joy Flowers & Elan Artists) but one thing that really stood out to me was just how much these two seemed to be enjoying themselves. The whole day these two had smiles on their faces and especially on the dance floor they just seemed to be having so much fun… as you should on your wedding day!! I was so thankful to be a part of their absolutely gorgeous wedding day filled with so many beautiful travel-inspired details. Congratulations to Dana & Luke!

Dana had an entirely different gown she changed into for the reception and Luke had NO idea! 

The band was AH-MAZING!!! They had the dance floor packed ALL night and were seriously just incredible.

These favors were awesome! Dana & Luke took a photo with all of their guests in the photo booth and then all of the photos got printed & framed in time for the guests to take them home… People loved it!
