Megan & Eric held their wedding just barely at the turn of spring in the college town of Hanover, New Hampshire. May 4th to be exact. Did Eric get “May the 4th Be With You” engraved into his wedding band? Yes, yes he absolutely did. These two lucked out with a beautiful spring day that started with a ceremony & photos right on Dartmouth’s campus, before heading out to the Dartmouth Skiway (where there was still actually a little snow!) to dance the night away.
I find that a lot of my couples often have other major life milestones happening right around the time of their wedding, and Megan and Eric really exemplified that. Just weeks before her wedding, Megan ran the Boston Marathon. Then just weeks after her wedding, she graduated from medical school and was moving to Boston to be with Eric and start her life as a resident. Yet, you would never know it because of how calm & laid back the wedding day felt. It was so great to be back at Dartmouth to photograph Megan & Eric’s wedding celebration– thank you M&E!
